Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years property management experience, preferably in senior living or affordable housing.
• Experience with HUD or affordable housing programs preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Barringer Gardens including leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and affordable housing regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety, cleanliness, and housing standards.
• Liaise with residents, staff, and RHF leadership to address concerns.
