Job summary

Case is seeking a reliable cleaner to prepare vacant apartments for new residents and to maintain daily cleanliness of the models, offices, clubhouse, laundry rooms and fitness centers in Tulsa.

You will assess conditions, notify the Property Manager of supplies, clean fixtures, appliances and all surfaces, submit a completion checklist after each unit, perform touch‑ups, and assist with occasional Corporate Suites responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in apartments and/or residential.
• Able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartment units and model spaces daily.
• Inspect areas and report supplies to the Property Manager.
• Clean fixtures, counters, cabinets, windows, ovens, bathrooms, blinds, floors and appliances including under refrigerators and ovens.
• Submit completion report (checklist) after each apartment is cleaned.
• Touch-up cleaning as needed and keep common areas tidy (models, offices, clubhouse, laundry rooms and fitness centers).
• Keep office area clean by emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning windows/baseboards, and dusting desks.
• Keep clubhouse areas clean including refrigerator, cabinets and janitor closets and mop floors as needed.
• Complete all job-related tasks assigned by Property Manager.
