Property Liability Claims Adjuster | 6-Month Contract | Remote

Looking for your next claims opportunity?

We’re looking for an experienced Property Liability Claims Adjuster to join a growing claims services organization on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a remote opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience managing automobile liability, physical damage and/or commercial general liability claims.

You’ll take ownership of claims from initial investigation through to resolution, working with insureds, claimants, clients, attorneys and internal teams to deliver fair, timely and well‑documented outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Investigating first-party physical damage and third-party liability claims
• Reviewing accident reports, witness statements, repair estimates and supporting documentation
• Determining coverage, liability and damages
• Managing claims from first notification through to resolution
• Setting and maintaining appropriate reserves
• Evaluating property damage and liability exposures
• Negotiating settlements with claimants and other parties
• Identifying potential subrogation and risk‑transfer opportunities
• Maintaining accurate claim files and ensuring regulatory and client compliance
• Providing regular updates to clients, insureds and claimants

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ property claims adjusting experience, ideally within Commercial General Liability (CGL) or a closely related area
• Appropriate claims adjusting licence, including Florida
• Strong investigation, analysis and negotiation skills
• Confidence managing multiple claims and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law would be advantageous

The opportunity

• 6-month temporary contract
• Full-time hours, Monday-Friday
• Hourly paid, TW or IC engagement available
