Qualfon is hiring for a remote customer service role in the United States. You will assist customers with quotes, policy changes, and billing inquiries via phone and email while ensuring accuracy in endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates.

Starting pay during training is $18/hr with a progression to $22.50/hr once licensed, and the program includes up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training. The full 8-week schedule begins on 11/23, with comprehensive remote-work requirements
