Responsibilities

• Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring documents are current and accessible.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and documents.
• Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Discovery Support: Assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.
• Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, manage exhibits and witness lists.
