Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or Insurance.
• Graduation expected Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028.
• Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma.
• Previous work or internship experience in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in-office Monday through Friday at Pasadena, CA.
• Collaborate on department projects with Property & Casualty Operations.
• Shadowing opportunities to learn departmental functions and industry knowledge.
• Assist Shared Services Analysts with agency management system tasks and client servicing activities.
• Support service teams with day-to-day operational tasks and duties.
• Engage with Producers/Sales Department for introductions and opportunities.
• Attend cross-functional meetings with other departments.
