Job summary

Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is seeking a Property Technician to maintain rental units and support guest services. The role covers housekeeping tasks, basic maintenance, and unit turnovers to ensure safety and comfort for guests.

You will work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and some holidays, with shifts typically from 8 am to 7 pm. A high-energy, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of housekeeping or basic maintenance experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Basic maintenance skills and a customer-service orientation are essential.
• Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental units for guest arrival and ensure all systems operate correctly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, replace bulbs, reset devices, and address minor repairs.
• Complete exterior and interior cleaning and laundry duties as needed.
• Assist housekeeping with linen/pantry deliveries and unit turnovers.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
