Job summary

Renaissance - St. Augustine Historic Downtown is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms in our on-site hotel. You will follow brand standards, prepare rooms, and ensure privacy and safety while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures and use training checklists.
• Capable of multi-tasking and delivering guest-friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms thoroughly and within quality expectations.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish supplies.
• Follow procedures, sanitation and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Handle and organize linens, supplies, chemicals, and equipment safely.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and questions.
• Help maintain public areas and back-of-house spaces as assigned.
• Maintain guest privacy and follow safety and security procedures.
• Use hotels systems and communication tools such as Quore.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with grooming standards.
• Perform other duties within training and capabilities.
