Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Auto/Property Claims Representative - Consumer to analyze reports, determine benefits due, and make timely payments. You will coordinate investigations, adjudicate settlements, and negotiate claims up to the authority level while maintaining strong client communication.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of claims management experience and a preferred P&C license, with excellent analytical and teamwork skills to support complex, high-value claims.

Qualifications

• Three years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty adjuster license preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports, determine benefits due and issue timely payments and adjustments.
• Adjudicate settlements and coordinate investigations for complex claims.
• Negotiate settlements up to designated authority level and document files.
• Collaborate with underwriters/clients on high value and complex cases.
