Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Everhome Suites in Bastrop, TX!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in handling various hotel responsibilities. These include preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, performing tasks like carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure security for guests and staff.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
