This is a contract-only role expected to last approximately two months, with the possibility of extension to about three months and potential for conversion to a longer-term opportunity depending on business needs. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and offers onsite employee parking for convenient access. The hiring process typically includes a virtual interview followed by an onsite interview. You will work alongside the on-site property staff during a period of elevated activity, with four tenant build-outs underway, ongoing site improvements, and multiple time-sensitive financial and compliance obligations in progress. The environment is fast-paced and detail-driven, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will use tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (including Yardi or Yardi Voyager where applicable) to support administrative, financial, and operational functions. The role involves regular interaction with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal partners, and you will contribute directly to maintaining continuity of service and preventing delays in critical property processes during this transition period.
This is a Contract position based out of Chapel Hill, NC.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
