Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Property Associate to support daily site operations at our On the Lake Boat & RV Storage facility in Burton, TX. This role is focused on customer service, basic administrative tasks, and keeping the property running smoothly and securely. Full training is provided. This is a structured, entry-level position designed for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and account questions
• Process payments and basic transactions
• Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers
• Perform routine property walkthroughs
• Report maintenance or security issues
• Maintain cleanliness of office and property areas
• Follow daily operational checklists

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual work history

No prior self-storage experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors (up to 50% of shift)
• Routine light cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
