Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience with ArcGIS and property assessment software a plus.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a government/township environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in residential appraisals and on-site field reviews.
• Input changes in BS&A software and edit sketches in Apex.
• Perform measurements and evaluate property features for assessment.
• Prepare Assessment Change Notices for residents.
• Assist in land use permits review and zoning alignment.
• Support in addressing, utility records, and special assessments.
