Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of clerical and entry level appraisal or related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• May be required to work on religious holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains files for property accounts and gathers information for new and existing accounts.
• Enters routine data into the department computer system and assists with property appraisal updates.
• Assists taxpayers at the counter and answers phone.
• Supports department accounting records including payroll processing, billing, and accounts receivable.
