Role Description

The Property and Casualty Insurance Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Jesup, GA. This role involves meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and recommending appropriate property and casualty policies. The agent will prepare quotes, process applications, manage policy changes, and handle renewals. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing customer service, and maintaining accurate records in the agency’s systems. The agent will also participate in local marketing and outreach activities to build a strong client base and support the agency’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong insurance knowledge, including Property and Casualty Insurance and Insurance Brokerage experience.
• Proven skills in Insurance Sales, with the ability to identify client needs and present suitable coverage options.
• Finance and risk assessment skills to help clients understand premiums, deductibles, and coverage impacts.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• State-required Property and Casualty insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
