Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. (DEL REY) is seeking a Management Analyst III for the Crane, Indiana area.

The position involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government and to define the nature and extent of any challenges discovered. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, have 10+ years in engineering/science management or related cost/financial analysis, and possess an active SECRET security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government as needed. Define the nature and extent of any challenges discovered.
• Analyze relevant data which may include areas such as annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedules or expenditures.
• Interview managers and employees while observing their operations and develop solutions to challenges.
• Understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models. Report findings and recommendations to the Government as needed.
• Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings are also common. For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.

The location is in Crane, Indiana at the Naval Surface Warfare Center.

Job Overview:

• Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government as needed. Define the nature and extent of any challenges discovered.
