Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Accounting coursework preferred; prior accounting or real estate experience is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; MRI exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing general ledger and subledger activity for assigned properties.
• Record daily cash receipts to tenant ledgers and research routine posting questions.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly property financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses for review.
• Assist with annual property budgets and CAM reconciliations.
