Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis or modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing workflows and documentation.
• Supporting automation or efficiency efforts within accounting processes.
• Contributing to ad hoc analyses.
• Gaining exposure to the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Observing and supporting elements of the accounts payable and cash management cycles.
• Assisting with documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Participating in team meetings and gaining exposure to real estate investment structures and fund operations.
