Job summary

Cabot Properties, a leading international private equity real estate firm, offers a Transactions Intern position within the Investments and Asset Management teams. You will contribute to underwriting, due diligence, and leasing, reporting to the Vice President of Investments and supporting investment officers and asset managers.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in real estate or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) required.
• Exposure to Argus AE or financial modeling coursework preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing cash flow models using Argus and Excel.
• Support investment team in preparing summaries of acquisition opportunities for Investment Committees.
• Conduct market research and tenant underwriting on both public and private companies.
• Help review and organize investment due diligence materials.
• Contribute to research on macroeconomic and market/submarket trends impacting Cabot’s investments.
• Assist with the buildout and enhancement of AI enabled research tools improving the teams analytical and data driven decision making skills.
