The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration across teams, with exposure to investor reporting and asset performance metrics in a growth-focused organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Experience with MRI or similar property accounting software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements under GAAP or cash basis.
• Support year-end audits, tax returns, and CPA deliverables.
• Partner with operations to develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
