Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books across investment entities and properties.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Track mortgages, rental income, taxes, insurance, and recurring expenses.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Sage and Google Sheets.
• Identify discrepancies and keep financial records current.
