Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong GAAP skills and ability to prepare accurate financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements between the 1st and 15th.
• Record journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits.
• Review G/L accounts and maintain general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for properties.
