Job summary

A commercial real estate investment firm in Denver is seeking a candidate for financial management duties including rent invoicing, accounts payable, and budgeting. The role offers a hybrid work environment with a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants.
• Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts and other cash payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, collaborate with Property Management on delinquencies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable - vendor payments, invoice approval/entry.
• Assist in creating annual property budgets - enter fixed expenses.
• Enter approved budgets, provide budget vs. actual variance reports.
• Record key lease inputs in accounting system.
• Support property manager with annual CAM reconciliations.
