Job Title: Property Accountant

Our client, located in the Madison area, is seeking a Property Accountant with 4+ years of accounting experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Generate timely and accurate financial reports.
• Provide general ledger support, including reconciling accounts, calculating accruals, performing bank reconciliations, and managing sales tax.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Collaborate with teams to complete the operational budget process.
• Monitor and evaluate internal controls.
• Manage cash flow.
• Prepare additional reports as requested.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
