Job summary

CFS in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Property Accountant to manage month-end close for assigned real estate assets, oversee property accounting processes, and prepare CAM reconciliations and real estate expense reconciliations. You will partner with management and accounting teams to continually improve workflows, controls, and financial reporting.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule with Friday remote flexibility, direct exposure to senior leadership and revenue-generating brokerage teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Strong month-end close experience is required.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical ability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities for assigned real estate assets.
