Dexian is seeking a Senior Property Accountant who can take ownership, move with urgency, and become someone leadership trusts to deliver accurate numbers quickly for a portfolio of about 8 multifamily properties in Dallas.

You will produce timely financials leadership can rely on, review Staff Accountant work, and catch issues early before they move upstream.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years full cycle multifamily accounting experience.
• Experience reviewing financials and other accountants' work.
• Ability to independently own a portfolio and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a high-volume environment.
• Team-player mentality, sense of urgency, low ego, and high accountability.
• RealPage experience preferred; Yardi or MRI experience is transferable.
