CHS Inc. in Herman, MN is seeking a Propane Truck Driver to haul propane to customers and assist with tank service/maintenance. Schedule is Mon-Fri with weekends during peak season.

CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred or obtainable. Base wage plus bonus potential; strong safety mindset is essential. The role requires driving a semi-tractor/trailer or bobtail, completing logs and paperwork, and ensuring on-time deliveries with customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL (equipment/route dependent).
• Hazmat endorsement required or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Demonstrate strong safety compliance and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver hazardous materials to customer locations using applicable trucks in a compliant manner.
• Load/unload products and connect/disconnect hoses; follow safety procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service and coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare delivery documents and daily load/unload reports; maintain electronic logs.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies; notify leadership of incidents promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
