Eastern Propane in New Hampshire is seeking a hands-on Propane Vessel Refurbishment Technician to recondition propane vessels daily, ensuring leak-free systems and safe operation. Responsibilities include sandblasting, purging, hydrostatic testing and painting, with attention to safety and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Reliable with good customer service skills.
• Submit to and pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to work safely around propane and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish propane vessels; moving, purging, sandblasting, de-valving, hydrostatic testing and painting.
• Maintain all propane vessels and valves to ensure leak-free readiness.
• Report any unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
• Interact with customers and co-workers respectfully and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in safety and staff meetings.
• Maintain sandblast machines in safe operating order.
• Be receptive to new technologies.
• Function effectively in a safety sensitive position.
• Regular attendance and punctuality per department schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
