Job summary

Allgas of AL in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Propane Service Technician to install, maintain and repair propane systems and appliances while ensuring safety and code compliance. You will assist customers with service needs and support deliveries as needed.

The role requires CDL HazMat/Tanker or willingness to obtain, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 60+ lbs in all weather. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with gas systems or mechanical work preferred.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair propane systems and appliances which may include working underneath houses, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
• Set tanks, run lines, and perform leak checks
• Work with customers to solve issues and answer questions
• Stay safe and follow all codes and regulations
• Help with deliveries and yard work when needed
• Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed
