Job summary

Country Visions Cooperative in Brillion, WI is seeking an Energy Delivery Driver/Service Technician. This 100% in-person role offers training and opportunities to grow within the energy department.

You will operate delivery trucks, use energy routing software, and perform safety and basic maintenance tasks. The position emphasizes customer service, independence, and physical readiness for outdoor/indoor work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (class B or higher) required or willing to obtain.
• Hazmat endorsement required or willing to obtain.
• Tanker endorsement required or willing to obtain.
• PEP (CTEP) Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B fuel or propane hazmat delivery trucks during peak seasons.
• Operate routing and billing software for energy deliveries.
• Physically able to handle delivery hose up to 150 feet in all terrains and weather.
• Follow safety practices with loading and delivering propane/fuel.
• Communicate safety and repair information to customers and management.
• Be available for afterhours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Learn safety and compliance tests and check systems in customer locations.
• Maintain propane/fuel equipment and ensure cleanliness and good mechanical condition.
• Coordinate with office for timely and accurate paperwork.
• Obtain or maintain CDL, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Render prompt and courteous deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate in truck Energy routing and billing software
• Physically able to pull up to 150-feet of delivery hose in all terrain and weather conditions
• Follow safe practices with every aspect of loading and delivering propane/fuel
• Effectively communicate safety and repair information to customers and management
• Be available for afterhours and weekend on call rotation
• Learn how to perform Safety and Compliance tests, check system for proper operation and relight pilot lights at customer locations
• Maintain the propane/fuel equipment at all times to ensure cleanliness and good mechanical condition
• Work closely with the office to submit timely and accurate paperwork
• Obtain or Maintain CDL, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
• Render prompt and courteous deliveries
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by management
