Premier Cooperative is seeking a dependable Propane/LP Delivery Driver to safely deliver propane to residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers in Waupaca, WI. If you enjoy working independently and building relationships with customers, this opportunity may be a great fit.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements (or the ability to obtain them), a clean driving record, and compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred or able to obtain within timeframe.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane (LP) to customer locations using company delivery vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Premier Cooperative professionally.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required DOT records.
• Operate delivery equipment and handle propane safely per regulations.
• Monitor tank levels and respond to customer delivery needs promptly.
• Collect payments and complete required delivery documentation.
• Assist with seasonal workload demands and support energy division operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You'll Do

• Safely deliver propane (LP) to customer locations using company delivery vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Premier Cooperative in a professional manner.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required DOT records.
• Operate delivery equipment and handle propane safely in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Monitor tank levels and respond to customer delivery needs in a timely manner.
• Collect payments and complete delivery documentation as required.
• Assist with seasonal workload demands and support other energy division operations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in safety training and follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, or ability to obtain endorsements within an established timeframe.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
