Job summary

Superior Plus Propane in Clyde, NC seeks an experienced Service Technician to join a safety‑minded team. The role includes propane servicing, tank installations, leak checks, and on‑call rotations, with responsibilities spanning equipment and customer locations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
CDL Class A or B required or able to obtain.
2–3 years propane/oil service experience preferred; HVAC background helps.
Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Perform propane service and tank installation.
Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connection.
Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
Rotate on-call status during evenings/weekends as required.
Prepare spare tanks for service; perform tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
Maintain proactive communication with District Manager, Service Coordinator, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.
