Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Ossipee or Conway, NH customer service center. You will perform propane service, tank installations, and respond to customer emergencies while maintaining safety and quality.

You will identify and correct leaks, conduct tank inspections and repairs, and work with the team to support deliveries when needed. A CDL and NH Gas Fitter's license are required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NH Gas Fitter's License required.
• CDL Class A or B preferred; Propane Delivery License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connections.
• Respond to customer emergencies; rotate on-call status evenings/weekends.
• Perform tank maintenance and inspections at customer locations and plants.
• Assist with bobtail propane deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, sales reps, drivers, and customers.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Able toidentifyand correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed
• Rotate "on call" status during evenings and weekends as needed
• Perform tankmaintenancespare tanks located in the plants in preparation for putting them in service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Will becross-trainedtoassistwith bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed
• Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary

What you bring:

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• NH Gas Fitter's Lice required
• CDL Class A or B
• Propane Delivery License preferred
