Job summary

New Century FS, Inc. is seeking a Propane Sales Specialist to cover delivery territory within Central to Northwest Iowa. You will establish routes, call on customers, and drive sales of propane products while promoting FS credit options.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of sales experience, and a valid CDL with Hazmat. Occasional overnight travel and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• EA or CPS certification depending on experience.
• Ability to travel daily within territory; occasional overnights.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours.
• Background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establishs a route system and calls on clients to obtain orders.
• Serves as sole sales contact between GROWMARK and clients.
• Meets sales goals and promotes FS credit/Agri-Finance.
• Records sales and delivery information.
• Maintains inventory and services equipment.
• Delivers propane products and maintains vehicle safety.
• Develops and maintains records of tanks/equipment.
• Maintains accounts receivable per policy.
• Responds to complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies.
