Job summary

AgVantage FS in Alburnett, IA is seeking a Sales & Delivery Specialist to grow propane sales and manage customer accounts in a defined territory. You will establish routes, secure orders, and serve as the primary sales contact for customers while promoting FS credit and related financing.

This role requires travel within the territory, a high school diploma, and at least one year of sales experience; CDL/Hazmat may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a route system in delivery territory and calls on all clients or potential clients to obtain orders for propane products.
• Acts as sole sales contact between GROWMARK and clients in delivery territory.
• Meets sales goals as established by supervisor and promotes FS credit / Agri-Finance.
• Records sales and delivery information daily and maintains a prospect list for new business.
• Prepares order forms and sales contracts and communicates marketing programs to customers.
