Ferrellgas is seeking a Part-Time General Laborer to work primarily outdoors at the Kimball, MI site. You will inspect, fill, load, and paint propane cylinders and tanks, supporting delivery drivers and customers while keeping the yard and facilities orderly and safe.

The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and teamwork, with paid training and opportunities to grow within a staff-focused company that values community involvement and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1+ year of work experience (preferred) - training provided for right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Citizen/National or work authorization in the United States; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and load propane cylinders and tanks.
• Fill customer cylinders at the dock (when applicable).
• Scrape and paint tanks/cylinders to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Keep the yard, plant, and office areas clean and professional in appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing product information.
