Job summary

Midwest Bottle Gas Distributors is seeking a safety‑mocused CDL driver to load, transport, and deliver propane products to residential and commercial customers. You will work with service and dispatch teams to maintain on‑time deliveries, follow safety procedures, and participate in on‑call rotations as needed.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull 125 lbs, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements
• Complete accurate service orders, documentation, and parts billing each day.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require

Must Have

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception

Nice to Have

• Comfort using basic computer systems for logging, inspections, and documentation
• Experience working directly with residential or commercial customers
• Familiarity with DOT inspections and compliance standards

Pay: $24-27 per hour (Depending on Experience)
