Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Propane Bobtail Driver to safely and efficiently deliver propane to customers. You will load, unload and handle propane, maintain vehicle safety inspections, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of delivery driving experience, CDL Class A or B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, a current DOT medical certificate, and willingness to rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year delivery driver experience.

Current DOT medical certification.
Willingness to rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Transfer, load and deliver propane to customers using bulk trucks, tanks and cylinders.
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and equipment.
Use technology to track transfers, print delivery tickets and complete driver reports.
Conduct pre/post vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues.
Coordinate with Dispatcher for routing and scheduling; communicate issues promptly.
May work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
