Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is hiring a Propane Bobtail Driver to safely and promptly deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. You will load, unload and transfer propane, maintain a clean vehicle, and use technology to track inventory and print delivery tickets.

Strong safety practices and regular vehicle inspections are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year delivery experience (preferred), CDL Class A or B, tanker and hazmat endorsements (preferred), and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year delivery driver experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Current DOT medical certification required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, load and unload propane safely to customers and containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and adhere to safety standards.
• Utilize available technology to monitor transfers, record tickets and complete driver reports.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with the Dispatcher on routing, scheduling and safety matters.
• Overtime hours may be required based on business needs.
• Contribute to safe and professional customer service during deliveries.
