Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional writing, proofreading, marketing, or communications experience.
• Experience writing or editing corporate, marketing, healthcare, or benefits-related communications.
• Experience with Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, Adobe Acrobat, or MS 365 preferred.
• Accessibility, content quality review, workplace benefits, retirement, healthcare, or financial services communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proofread participant-facing communications across print, email, web, and digital channels at key stages.
• Review content for clarity, ensure edits were accurately implemented, grammar, brand consistency, disclosures, links, dates, and compliance requirements.
• Support the development of benefit-related educational and promotional materials.
• Partner with strategists, project managers, editors, designers, compliance partners, and digital teams to deliver high-quality work on deadline.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects, review cycles, templates, and editorial standards in a fast-paced production environment.
• Contribute ideas that improve participant understanding and engagement.
