Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join our team at Proof, an American Canteen, a lively and welcoming restaurant celebrating classic American comfort food and genuine hospitality.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate food timing, utilize the Point of Sale system, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude and passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Legal work authorization in the United States; Maricopa County Food Handler Card and TIPS certification.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale dining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide menu recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns.

What you will do

• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.

What you bring

• An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
