Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering, including writing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prompt development: design and refine client-specific prompts, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Optimization & testing: improve prompts, automate testing, and evaluate LLMs for best-fit solutions.
• Evaluation & benchmarking: develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for prompts.
• Collaboration & documentation: work with Customer Success and Data Science teams, documenting practices.
• Research & innovation: stay updated on NLP advances and experiment with new prompting strategies.
