Amazon is seeking a Promotions Program Manager who will lead promotion program for Retail initiatives in Brazil. This PM has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis, and process improvement. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The Program manager will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
A day in the life
The ideal candidate will possess a background of strong product/program management, demonstrates a passion for working on behalf of customers and environment, is very self-driven, enjoys and excels at dealing with ambiguity, has a track record of on-time delivery of cross-functional projects, and has the ability to operate independently and autonomously. The candidate demonstrates the ability to make decisions based on data and is able to influence multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of successful relationship management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, thinking big, and a bias for action will be essential to your success.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
