hhv seeks an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, promotions, and community engagement. No prior event experience is required, with paid training and hands-on coaching provided. It’s a great chance to gain customer service and event marketing experience while working with a collaborative team.

Ideal for recent graduates, college students, career changers, or anyone eager to learn. You’ll learn event setup, attendee engagement, and provide information at booths and demonstrations.

• Experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of live events, promotional activities, and community events
• Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner at events
• Welcome and engage with attendees, customers, and community members
• Provide information and answer questions about events, programs, and promotions
• Assist with event registration, check-in, demonstrations, and informational booths
• Help prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional items
• Support the team during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn and apply customer service, communication, promotional, and event marketing techniques
• Work closely with experienced team members and managers to build professional skills
