• Assist Casino Hosts with comps, player cards, and account servicing.

As a Promotions Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our exciting events and promotions, engaging with guests and ensuring unforgettable experiences. Your day will be a mix of lively interaction on the Casino floor and focused office time to handle various tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes logs and other paperwork as required.
• Possesses knowledge of events and activities within the Erie community and on property in order to provide information as requested by guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all amenities on property in order to actively market those amenities to guests.
• Implementing promotions and events in accordance to promotional rules and guidelines.
• Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, upbeat manner.
• Possesses an engaging personality that is detail oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a highly time sensitive environment.
• Assist the Casino Hosts service guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
