Bol Partners is expanding its Milwaukee-based promotions team and seeks a motivated Promotions Assistant to deliver live, face-to-face campaigns for clients in retail and event settings. You’ll engage customers, explain service options, and help people understand how connectivity solutions fit everyday life.

With hands-on training from day one, you’ll develop communication and teamwork skills while working toward daily engagement and performance targets across various venues.

• Explain how reliable connectivity supports streaming, remote work, online gaming, and smart home tech.
• Deliver clear, consultative conversations about available service options and promotions.
• Respond confidently to customer questions with accurate information.
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily engagement and performance targets.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand presence.

Bol Partners is expanding its Sales and Promotions team in Milwaukee and is looking for a motivated individual ready to bring energy, teamwork, and drive into a fast-paced, face-to-face sales and promotions environment.

In this role, you’ll represent a nationally recognised provider of communication and connectivity solutions through live, in-person pop-up campaigns. These campaigns are designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales by connecting directly with customers in retail and event settings. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused opportunity with no desk‑based or online selling.

The Role

As a Promotions Assistant, you’ll be trained to deliver live, face-to-face promotional campaigns on behalf of Bol Partners’ clients. You’ll work directly with customers at pop-up events and retail locations, explaining service options and helping people understand how modern connectivity solutions support everyday life.

Success in this role is driven by communication, consistency, and teamwork, with hands‑on training and on‑site coaching provided from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing a nationally recognised communications and connectivity provider through live, face-to-face promotional campaigns
• Engaging customers in person at pop-up events and retail locations
• Introducing essential home and business services, including high-speed internet, mobile connectivity, and bundled communication solutions
• Explaining how reliable connectivity supports streaming, remote work, online gaming, mobile usage, and smart home technology
• Delivering clear, consultative conversations to help customers understand available service options and promotions
• Responding confidently to customer questions with accurate, easy-to-understand information
• Working closely with your team to achieve daily engagement and performance targets
• Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand presence
