Job summary

Bol Partners is expanding its Milwaukee-based promotions team and seeks a motivated Promotions Assistant to deliver live, face-to-face campaigns for clients in retail and event settings. You’ll engage customers, explain service options, and help people understand how connectivity solutions fit everyday life.

With hands-on training from day one, you’ll develop communication and teamwork skills while working toward daily engagement and performance targets across various venues.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Motivated, competitive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Confident in communicating with customers face-to-face.
• Reliable and professional when representing clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent a nationally recognised communications and connectivity provider through live, face-to-face promotional campaigns.
• Engage customers in person at pop-up events and retail locations.
• Introduce essential home and business services, including high-speed internet and mobile connectivity.
• Explain how reliable connectivity supports streaming, remote work, online gaming, and smart home tech.
• Deliver clear, consultative conversations about available service options and promotions.
• Respond confidently to customer questions with accurate information.
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily engagement and performance targets.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand presence.
