Bally's in Atlantic City is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to support the planning and execution of casino events and campaigns.

You will assist in evaluating marketing events, defining themes, formats and budgets, and coordinating with advertising and public relations teams to inform the public about events. The role requires strong budget awareness, multi-project coordination, and excellent internal client service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or better.
• Three years’ experience in promotions, production or public relations.
• Degree preferred in marketing or public relations.

• Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients.
• Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.

• Requests and is accountable for coin/cash/coupons, which are considered in the calculation of gross revenue, for applicable events.


• Assists in the evaluation of all marketing events.


• Assists in the formulation of theme, format, and budget specifications for specific events.


• Works with advertising and public relations to ensure the public is informed of events.


• Executes against budgets for individual events, records expenditures, charts budget variances, and submits to Manager.

• Assists with development and implementation of operational plan and budget.

• Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.


• Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.


• Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.


• Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.


• Prepares project plans that aid in moving project forward.


• Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession.


• Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters.

• Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.

Physical Demands:

Target Salary Range:

• $15.92 Hourly
