maurices, headquartered in Duluth, MN, invites applications for a Pricing & Promotions Analyst to join our corporate office. You will analyze how promotions perform, manage the promotional calendar, and build tools to help teams plan, execute and evaluate promotions.

You’ll partner with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, Store Operations and Field teams to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional work experience, with 2+ years in an analytical role.
• Experience in Pricing/Promotions, Planning or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting tool experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze past promotions and recommend future ones.
• Maintain omni-channel promotional calendar and communicate updates.
• Build reporting and planning tools to assess promotional performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, Store Ops and Field teams.
• Support promotional setup and testing as needed.
