Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Material Handler for a full-time/temp-to-hire role in Martinsville, VA (24112). Shifts available: 1st 6:15am-2:15pm at $16.00/hr and 2nd 2:30pm-10:30pm at $17.00/hr. Responsibilities include picking, packing, staging apparel orders, and moving products with handling equipment.

The position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed, with a fast-paced warehouse environment. Safety, productivity, and attendance are emphasized.

Job Description

• Pick, pack, sort, and stage apparel orders according to work instructions and customer requirements
• Move product throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
• Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to push, pull, and move product throughout the facility
